MEET THE TEAM

Maritza has been a scheduling coordinator at our practice for many years and has been cross-trained in almost every position. Her talents extend to every part of our practice, and she delights in communicating with our patients and their families, ensuring every call and visit is outstanding. With two pre-teen children and three high-maintenance pets – two Persian cats and a Pomeranian – Maritza is no stranger to multitasking. Outside of work, she has a passion for sneakers and completed her own orthodontic treatment, giving her a real understanding of the patience experience. She is dedicated to providing extra care and support to everyone on their journey.

Alejandra has been with our practice for years as our treatment coordinator. She is passionate about helping new patients understand their treatment options and ensure every consultation is positive, understandable, and affordable. Outside of work, she loves exercise, makeup, shopping, and spending time with her bunny named Stormi. Alejandra is currently undergoing orthodontic treatment, bringing firsthand knowledge to her role.

Loraine manages patient diagnostic records with exceptional care. A true crime enthusiast, she also loves to bake, dance and sing karaoke. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Loraine came to the U.S. in 2016 and is proud of her roots. Lorie as she is often called, cherishes her work with new patients making them feel welcome and comfortable during the first visit of their orthodontic journey.

Dagmara loves her job as a scheduling coordinator. It gives her the opportunity to greet new and existing patients, help simplify scheduling office visits, and deliver exceptional service. A family-oriented individual, Dagmara loves spending time with her loved ones, taking walks, and doting on her dog Lilly.

As our office manager for the past two years and with over 13 years of experience in orthodontics, Wiola ensures everything runs smoothly. She loves Grey’s Anatomy and is dedicated to making a difference in our patients’ lives. Her favorite color is purple, and she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Having undergone orthodontic treatment herself, Wiola understands the patient experience firsthand and uses her knowledge to better support everyone on their smile journey.

Julianna has been a clinical coordinator with us for almost 10 years and brings over 12 years of experience to the team. She loves to travel, with Portugal being her favorite destination, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A New Jersey native who loves to dance, Julianna initially started in general dentistry before transitioning into orthodontics. Having completed her own orthodontic journey, Julianna fully understands the process and is committed to helping patients feel confident and supported throughout their treatment.

In addition to delivering meticulous and compassionate orthodontic care for our patients – Elsy is in charge of our state of the art digital printing lab. Known for her attention to detail, Elsy is passionate about giving back through her involvement with Fundación Colombia, an organization helping impoverished communities. In her spare time, she enjoys getting her nails done and is proud of her Colombian heritage.
